Enchanted Learning Software's Metal Cut-Out Star of David Craft More Crafts These metal Star of David cut-outs are similar to Mexican tin cut-outs. You can make these shiny decorations from disposable aluminum pie plates or roasting pans. They make great decorations for Hannukah. |

Draw a Star of David on the disposable aluminum pie plate. Click here for a Star of David template. |

Using scissors, cut out the Star of David design. |

Work on scrap cardboard or a thick pile of newspaper (to protect your work surface). Using a large nail (or a hole punch), make a hole towards the top of the design (this is where you will hang the decoration). |

Using a nail, make indentations to decorate the cut-out. You can make random indentations, regular patterns that follow the shape of the star, or a combination of both. |  |

Attach a string to the hole near the top.
You now have a great aluminum Star of David decoration for Hannukah. |
